1. Set the frames to the top of your nose bridge and pull the chains behind your ears
2. Adjust the nose pads down toward the lenses and away from the center nose bridge for a better fit
3. To convert to a necklace, set the frames behind your neck and loosely tie the chain together in front

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your Willows. Once approved, you have 14 days to ship your return.
For U.S. customers, we’ll provide a return label and deduct $5 from your refund. International customers will need to arrange their own return shipment.
