Most of our lenses are UV400, offering full protection from UVA and UVB rays. Some styles are also polarized — lens details are listed on each product page.


Yes, our crystals are ethically sourced from Brazil and very much real. Each crystal is completely one of a kind -- sourced from the earth and hand-selected, which means no two are exactly alike. Small variations in shape, color, and texture are a natural part of what makes each pair uniquely yours. We think that's the best part. ✨


Nope! Our chain temple design uses a box chain -- a smooth, rope-like structure without the sharp or open links of traditional chains that snag or tangle hair. This creates a continuous surface that won’t snag your hair. Really.


Yes! Our sunglasses are nickel-free and are safe for sensitive skin.

Shipping & Returns


All Willows are hand-assembled in Los Angeles, which means a lot of extra care... and a little extra time.

Most orders ship within 3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare your order.

Once shipped:

  • U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–4 business days, often sooner if you're on the West Coast
  • International orders typically arrive within 3-4 days if you select DHL Express or 6–12 days if you select another shipping method.

You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships, and another email on the day you're due to receive it.

You can also log into your account to view your order status and tracking.

If you placed a preorder, the Ship By date is listed on the product page - and we’re always doing our best to beat that timeline.


Yes! We ship worldwide.


Please visit My Account or Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Once your request is approved, you have 14 days to ship your item(s) back to us.

For U.S. customers, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct $6 from your refund. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must arrive in new, sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

Once your return is accepted, we'll refund the payment method we have on file right away. You can expect your bank or credit card provider to credit your account in 5-10 business days.


We want you to love - and always have - your Willows.

So while normal wear and tear isn’t covered, if your glasses break or if anything happens to your crystals, we’ll make it right.

Please Contact Us and explain the issue with a photo. You'll then send your glasses to us with your shipping label and we’ll repair and return them to you with complimentary shipping.
