Most of our lenses are UV400, offering full protection from UVA and UVB rays. Some styles are also polarized — lens details are listed on each product page.

Yes, our crystals are ethically sourced from Brazil.

Nope! Our chain temple design uses a box chain—a smooth, rope-like structure that differs from traditional thin necklace chains. Unlike delicate chains that can have sharp or open links that snag or tangle hair, our box chain features tightly connected, flat links with no sharp edges or gaps. This creates a continuous surface that won’t catch on hair. 

Yes! Our sunglasses are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.

Shipping & Returns

All Willows are hand-assembled in Los Angeles, which means a little extra care... and a little extra time.

Most orders ship within a few days, but please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare your order.

Once shipped:

  • U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–4 business days, often sooner if you're on the West Coast
  • International orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days, depending on destination and customs.

You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships, and another on the day it’s out for delivery so you know exactly when to expect it.

You can also log into your account to view your order status and tracking.

If you placed a preorder, the Ship By date is listed on the product page - and we’re always doing our best to beat that timeline.

Yes! We ship worldwide for a flat rate of $25. Duties are included when possible.

You have 14 days after receiving your Willows to request a return. Once your request is approved, you’ll have 14 days to ship your return back to us (the return just needs to be handed to the carrier within that timeframe).

All returns must arrive in new, sellable condition to qualify for a refund. Lenses and crystals ✨ are delicate — please re-use the original packaging and bubble wrap we provided. Crystals can easily scratch lenses in transit if not packed with care.

Please visit My Account or Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund.

We want you to love - and always have - your Willows.

So while normal wear and tear isn’t covered, if your glasses break or if anything happens to your crystals, we’ll make it right.

Please Contact Us and explain the issue. You'll then send your glasses to us with your shipping label and we’ll repair and return them to you with complimentary shipping.
